Author Scott Cole presented me with a series of questions–provocations, rooms in which to wander. So I wandered through this present of questions, selecting seven that best fit my fancy (my phantasies of being asked and how I would reply). I did my best to reply.
Topics set forth include: Zulawski’s POSSESSION, the 1981 cult masterpiece EYES OF A STRANGER, the names of Michael Hemmingson, Special Agent Dale Cooper, blue velvet sofas and more.

Happy freedom-loving Friday, everyone! I’m pleased to announce that the VICE interview I did with the brilliant Sean J. Patrick Carney about the DECKER: CLASSIFIED novelization is now live–so, so wonderfully live.
We spun a complex yarn on such things as life in Japan, inspiration, cabbage, catharsis, tongues, noise, screenwriting, my forthcoming novella, immortality and Uma Thurman.
Interested? You should be. Read the interview HERE.
A few days ago, author and Living Dead Magazine contributor Tiffany Scandal, led us underground, shut off the lights and spoke with me, Daniel Vlasaty, Bix Skahill, Andy de Fonseca, and Amanda Billings about our Eraserhead Press titles for the 2013-2014 New Bizarro Author Series. I opened up a bit about my writing process and my experience as being a “New Bizarro Author.” There were spiders, too. Handfuls of them.
Have a gander: INTERVIEWS IN THE DARK
I was approached recently by Mumbai-based blogger Jaideep Khanduja to do an interview for his blog “Pebbles in the Still Waters.” Jaideep provided me with many great questions and I thank him for taking the time and interest to do so.
If you would like to know more about the purpose of my writing, inspirations, and what I’m currently working on, please read the interview HERE.
